This package includes:
Unlimited phone and email support from the time of hiring

One postpartum visit in the first week after birth
Basic Birth and Postpartum Package
This package includes:
Unlimited phone and email support from the time of hiring
Two prenatal visits where we discuss and prepare for birth and postpartum.

One postpartum visit in the first week after birth
Sixteen additional hours of postpartum support to be used in the first 12 weeks after your baby is home
Basic Postpartum Package
This package includes:
Sixteen hours of daytime postpartum support scheduled in 4 hour increments.
Emotional and physical support
Education about newborn care
Light housekeeping and cooking
Assisting you & your partner to process the birth
Breastfeeding support and education
Assistance with other children & their transition
Sleep support
Additional postpartum hours for singleton babies are available in 4 hour increments and are billed hourly.
This package includes:
Sixteen hours of daytime postpartum support scheduled in 4 hour increments.

Twin Postpartum Care
This package includes:
Eight hour shifts, 10pm - 6am
Bring baby to you to nurse or bottle feed
Swaddle and change your baby
Keep watch over your baby at night so you get sleep
Will bring your baby to you for breastfeeding, minimizing sleep disruptions or bottle feed either formula or pumped milk if you desire a solid night's sleep
Overnight Postpartum Support
This package includes:
Eight hour shifts, 10pm - 6am
Bring babies to you to nurse or bottle feed
Swaddle and change your babies
Keep watch over your babies at night so that you get sleep
Will bring your baby to you for breastfeeding, minimizing sleep disruptions or bottle feed either formula or pumped milk if you desire a solid night's sleep
Overnight Twin Support
This package includes:
Heated herbal poultice to gently infuse deep heat into the abdomen that stimulates the body to release retained water, fat, air, and lochia at a faster rate
Warming herbal oils to stimulate the loss of fluids, stimulate digestion
Calming herbal blend paste mask – a traditional recipe for postnatal blues and hormonal headaches.
Postnatal abdominal wrap
*Clients are provided with one modern Bengkung style wrap at the first session and are required to re-use.
