About Us:
The Birth Partner is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our community. This role is ideal for someone passionate about birth work, postpartum care, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness.

  • Create and schedule content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.

  • Collaborate with the team to align content with business goals and messaging.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, reels, captions, etc.).

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with the birth and postpartum industry is a plus.

Pay & Commitment:

  • Stipend per project. 10 hours per week.
