About Us:
The Birth Partner is a growing organization dedicated to supporting families and doulas alike. We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage administrative tasks, client communications, and social media presence.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via email and social media.
Schedule appointments and manage client bookings.
Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
Maintain records, contracts, and invoicing.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in email management, scheduling software, and website platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the birth and postpartum industry is a plus.
Pay & Commitment:
Starting at approximately $25 per hour, depending on experience and skills. 15-20 hours per week.
