About Us:
The Birth Partner is a growing organization dedicated to supporting families and doulas alike. We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage administrative tasks, client communications, and social media presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email and social media.

  • Schedule appointments and manage client bookings.

  • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.

  • Maintain records, contracts, and invoicing.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in email management, scheduling software, and website platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with the birth and postpartum industry is a plus.

Pay & Commitment:

  • Starting at approximately $25 per hour, depending on experience and skills. 15-20 hours per week.
