This package includes:
Unlimited phone and email support from the time of hiring
Two prenatal visits where we discuss and prepare for birth and postpartum.
Labor and birth support
Additional hours of postpartum support (4-8 hour day support or 8 hour overnight support) to be used in the first 12 weeks after your baby is home
Postpartum Support Package
This package includes:
Emotional and physical support
Education about newborn care
Light housekeeping and cooking
Assisting you & your partner to process the birth
Breastfeeding support and education
Assistance with other children & their transition
Sleep support
Day support can be 4-8 hour shifts and overnight support is 8 hour shifts.

Twin Postpartum Support Package
This package includes:
Phone and email support from the time of hiring
Two prenatal visits where we discuss and prepare for birth and postpartum
Day-of support at the hospital: I will arrive at the hospital prior to your c-section, stay with you in the operating room (depending on hospital policies), and remain with you for the first 1-3 hours postpartum

Planned Cesarean Birth Support
This package includes:
An in-depth review of your wishes, preferences, and concerns for birth
Assistance putting together a written birth plan for medical staff
My expertise of hospital or birth center policies and protocols and how to navigate them
Guidance through what to expect in labor & birth
Resources, Links, Recommendations to explore options with your partner
Follow up email support to ensure you feel confident and ready to meet your baby.
90 minute in-person or virtual planning consultation is tailored to your unique needs
Birth Planning Consultation
This package includes:
Heated herbal poultice to gently infuse deep heat into the abdomen that stimulates the body to release retained water, fat, air, and lochia at a faster rate
Warming herbal oils to stimulate the loss of fluids, stimulate digestion
Calming herbal blend paste mask – a traditional recipe for postnatal blues and hormonal headaches.
Postnatal abdominal wrap
Clients are provided with one modern Bengkung style wrap at the first session and are required to re-use.
